Michelle's Story
Michelle brings more than 35 years of distinguished nursing experience grounded in compassionate, patient-centered care. Her clinical background includes extensive work in Intensive Care and Post-Anesthesia Recovery, where she has supported patients and families through some of the most critical and defining moments of their lives. Her service as a medic in the Army National Guard further strengthened her commitment to excellence, resilience, and service to others.
Currently, Michelle serves at R.E.S.T.™, where she works closely with first responders and individuals seeking recovery from stress, trauma, and chronic conditions. She is committed to integrating traditional Western medicine with holistic, whole-person modalities to support comprehensive healing. Among the tools she utilizes is Equiscope, a bioenergetic microcurrent technology designed to assist the autonomic nervous system in restoring balance. This technology supports improved sleep, reduced anxiety and depression, and decreased inflammation, while enhancing the body’s natural healing processes and promoting detoxification.
Michelle’s professional practice is deeply rooted in her faith in God, which guides her approach to care and reinforces her dedication to integrity, compassion, and gratitude. Throughout her career, she has come to believe that true healing encompasses the alignment of the spirit, soul, and body, leading to increased hope and freedom. Dedicated to fostering lasting wellness by addressing all of these dimensions together, Michelle considers it her privilege to walk alongside each person on their journey toward healing, restoration, and renewed wholeness.
