The last couple of years have been extremely trying, as uncertainty weighs on us like a fog. The Day of R.E.S.T.™ with Virginia Dixon is a place to exhale. For 40 years, Virginia’s mission has been to help people experience the freedom of wholeness by displacing the confusion, chaos and dis-ease that often permeate our lives. During your time together, Virginia will expound on R.E.S.T.™ and the Reconstitution Method. Simultaneously, she will help you examine the foundations that shape your life and address challenging issues that cause people to live with significant states of dis-ease. In addition to sharing valuable resources to engage you in thought-provoking conversations and activities, much-needed time for reflection and self-examination will be provided.
