About the Event
After almost thirty years of study, contemplation and experience, I have come to comprehend and successfully use several essential modalities for examining the relational, emotional and spiritual truth which facilitates the rest necessary for healing. During our time together, I will expound on R.E.S.T.™ and the Reconstitution Method. Simultaneously, we will examine the foundations that shape our lives and address challenging issues that cause us to live with significant states of dis-ease. In addition to sharing valuable resources to engage you in thought-provoking conversations and activities, much-needed time for reflection and self-examination will be provided.
